Upper chest and back pain causes-reasons must see a doctor


For many people, even sudden chest top back pain is a very frightening experience. Most people think that they have a heart attack just off, I never felt chest pains before their own. It starts as a dull pain, grow quickly to feel like something was stuck through the chest. But the most common cause of chest and upper back pain is simply poor posture while sitting and while standing. But remember, all the pain levels can be heart related. It is better to be safe than sorry, so talk to a doctor if you experience any kind of chest pain. If it is not related to the heart, the doctor should be one on this decision.
